Team Gear

Anyone still need a Coat or more room in their closet?

If you have been considering buying a swim coat,or your child has outgrown his or hers- this is your lucky year! Our team gear gals have decided to arrange for a “coat exchange”, as we will not be purchasing new ones this year. 

Here is how it will work:

We will have a rack available at Pizza Night (May 9th) where those of you who would like to sell their gently used coats can put them up for sale.  Please mark your coats with your name, phone number, and how much you would like to sell your coats for (a tag-safety pinned to the inside is best).   

To give you an idea, coats that have only been used for one year have currently been selling for $75.00  (new custome printed coats cost $115.00).  We will collect the money for you and you can pick up your payment (or a coat that wasn’t purchased) before you leave.  Any coats left unclaimed at the end of the evening will become the property of Tidalwaves, so please come by the table on your way out.

For those of you who will not be at Pizza night, there is another option.  You can call me (927-7212) or email me (bonnienevitt@comcast.net) and let me know what size coat (s) that you want to sell and how much you are asking and we will have that list available at pizza night.  For those of you looking for coats, you can contact me to find out what is available or check the list at pizza night.

Team Suits: 2008 Team Swim Suits are same as 2007.  Team Suits will be available at Pizza Cheer Night May 9th.  Also, you may order online @ www.swimshop.com.  The pattern is: kosmic khaos.  You can also call NorCal Swim Shop directly:   707-252-3574.  All swimmers participating in meets are strongly encouraged to wear a Tidalwaves Team suit. Not only are the kids representing our team when wearing the suit, they are also helping create team spirit.

Team Caps:  During meets, your swimmer should wear a team cap if their hair is longer than 3 inches. Not only do they help the swimmer go faster, but it also keeps in line with our team look.  2007 caps will be available to purchase the first week of practice and at all meets.

Other Team Gear: Our team gear includes T-shirts, sweatshirts and warm pants. All of this and more will be available at our season kick off celebration Pizza Night, and throughout the season. Buy early for best size selection.
