(2) Complete Online Registration Form

(3) Complete Liability Release/Waiver Form

(4) Complete Payment Form

 (5) Complete Online Volunteer Sign-up
        or choose "buy-out" option on Reg. Form
        check your present assignments and point totals - here
(6) Mail both the Liability Release/Waiver Form,
       and the Payment Form to:
